What can you expect from us
Venture Capital
We finance the start up of progressive companies with focus on projects of regional significance, high level of innovation and fast grow potential. A typical investment amount does not exceed EUR 1,5 mil.
Private Equity
We have an ownership interest in companies, mainly as a majority owner with further building of the company value in co-operation with the partner. We provide our partners with operating and investment capital in order to expand in the market and to develop new products. Our aim is to improve companies΄ productivity and to increase their value. A typical investment amount using our own capital does not exceed EUR 5 mil., in combination with further bank financing.
Crisis management / restructuring
- Evaluation of possibilities to save the project/extract of its potential.
- Preparation and implementation of a restructuring plan and an exit strategy.
- Ensuring a necessary operation financing, or through the NATLAND Group or through extern financing.
- Potential takeover of full management control and responsibility.
- Stabilization and preparation of the company for a handover or a long-term operation.
After a successful completion, it is possible to extend co-operation within the whole product scope of the NATLAND Group.
